At the White Oak Institute our adroit clinical staff provides the most up to date evidence based treatment techniques and tactics while keeping the individual’s strengths and the relationship quality in sight at all times. Beyond that we aim to help our patrons cultivate present moment perspective ability, emotional excellence, and a sense of belonging and support within their value dynamics and community. The institute aims to cultivate profound happiness through a sense of belonging and support within valued groups.
Wesley employs diverse therapeutic approaches, including Bowenian Family Therapy, Metaframeworks, Person Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Irvin Yalom’s Group Theories, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Gottman’s Couples Therapy for couples.
Graduating cum laude with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, Wesley enjoys family time, nature, sports, travel, humor, and cultural events. His approach integrates various therapeutic techniques to support individuals and families in achieving wellness and growth.
