“Family is not an important thing. It’s everything.” – Michael J. Fox.

“I believe in the importance of our relationships with others, especially family. I genuinely believe that when the family unit is healthy, the kids and the adults within will have a better chance at being mentally and physically healthy. My goal is to mend broken relationships and help them thrive again. What I find most rewarding is spending time helping people achieve goals and find peace when they feel like their world is unraveling. It’s those light bulb moments that demonstrate success in the process that gets me.”

Natalie has completed her master’s degree in Marriage, Couple and Family Counseling from Governors State University. She has worked in two outpatient private practice groups in her years of providing therapyShe uses CBT, strength-based, and person-centered approaches to therapy. She is passionate about mindfulness and incorporating holistic philosophies into the therapeutic process. Natalie provides her clients with a calm, nonjudgmental space where she can join them on their journey in reaching their full potential. She often uses humor and is willing to challenge you when the timing is right. Natalie is known to help you gain insight, build skills, and utilize strengths to best your time in therapy and outside of it.

When Natalie is not working, she spends as much time possible with her husband and their daughter. If time allows, you can find her in the family’s barn working with the horses or on a nearby pickleball court.
