“In connection we find strength” is one of Dr. Hall’s guiding principles of therapy. Most of us are pulled in many different directions that it is easy to feel lost or overwhelmed. When difficult experiences, thoughts, feelings, and sensations interfere with relationships, goals, work, or home responsibilities Dr. Hall is here to help you move forward by offering hope in a safe environment where you will feel heard, validated, empowered, and sometimes challenged. She believes even the strongest people can benefit from a warm, trustworthy, caring, unbiased ear to help them overcome life’s challenges.

With over 30 years of experience in a multitude of settings, Dr. Hall prides herself in providing exceptional care and dedication to her clients. She embraces a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy that considers systemic variables which impact one’s current experience. She believes trust and safety are paramount to the therapeutic process and values humor intertwined. Dr. Hall has extensive training in various somatic therapy approaches and incorporates the knowledge and techniques in her treatment. With an understanding that one’s nervous system inherently works to keep itself safe in any given moment she believes it is important to understand what is stored in the brain and body from the past while also being present in the moment; this lends itself to healing and growth.

Dr. Hall utilizes insight oriented, cognitive behavioral, and psychodynamic approaches as well. She specializes in the treatment of various types of trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD, in addition to working with athletes, first responders, and executive level individuals. Dr. Hall also conducts psychological and bariatric evaluations. She looks forward to helping you become the best version of yourself.

Outside of work Dr. Hall enjoys spending time in nature, especially being on the water. She adores spending time with her family, which often involves baseball, swimming, and playing games. Additionally, she values time gardening, crafting, reading, and playing with her dog, a silly Vizsla.
