Dr. Lach completes a full evaluation and then coordinates with your therapist to arrive at the best decision with the least restrictive medication. He will monitor your progress and make medication adjustments as needed.
Dr. Lach earned his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at St. James Hospital.
