At White Oak Institute, we understand that adulthood comes with its own set of challenges, whether you’re navigating major life transitions or seeking personal growth. Our weekly DBT for Adults groups provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to develop essential skills to thrive in all stages of adulthood.
Using evidence-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), our group helps adults build emotional resilience, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and develop practical tools to face life’s challenges with confidence. Through guided activities and meaningful peer connections, participants learn mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and effective communication skills tailored to the unique needs of adults.

This group is designed to empower adults to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and grow into more confident and capable individuals. Led by an experienced therapist, the group creates a supportive space for adults to connect and build understanding with peers facing similar challenges. Together, we’ll explore strategies, practice real-life scenarios, and develop healthy ways to navigate relationships and emotions.
You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Join us for a group where growth and healing happen together.
