Group Therapy
Group Therapy is a unique approach to addressing mental health, personal growth, and overall wellness. One of the most valuable aspects of group therapy is the collective support and shared perspective from your peers that can drive meaningful change.
White Oak Institute offers support and process groups for a variety of needs, including parents navigating divorce, technology addiction, parenting education, bereavement, and more. We also provide specialized groups for couples, such as mindfulness for couples, weight loss for couples, and nature-focused couples therapy.
