We’re a growing practice based in the Southwest Chicago Suburbs with two locations, one in historic downtown Frankfort and the second in a newly renovated office in Orland Park. Our Orland Park space features large private offices, a group therapy room, and a welcoming reception area. Open Positions
Psychologist for Diagnostic Testing
Type: Part-Time, Contract Position
We are seeking a licensed Psychologist to join our team to provide diagnostic testing services. In this role, you’ll conduct psychological assessments, interpret results, and collaborate with our clinical team to support individuals across a range of ages and concerns.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about providing accurate and compassionate evaluations. Flexible scheduling and administrative support are provided to help you focus on delivering high-quality care.
Internship for Professional Counselor
Type: Part-Time, focused on Marriage and Family counseling
White Oak Institute for Growth and Wellness is offering a part-time internship opportunity for individuals pursuing licensure as a Professional Counselor, with a focus on Marriage and Family counseling. This internship provides hands-on experience working with couples and families in a supportive, supervised environment.
Interns will gain valuable clinical hours while developing practical skills in communication, conflict resolution, and relationship dynamics. Ideal candidates are compassionate, eager to learn, and committed to promoting emotional wellness within diverse family systems.
Contracted Therapist or Counselor
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, Contract Position
We’re looking for compassionate and committed therapists or counselors to join our growing team on a part-time or full-time contract basis. This role offers the flexibility to build a caseload that fits your availability and clinical focus, with both in-person and telehealth options available.
Therapists who choose to see 20 or more clients per week can access additional support, including a dedicated billing team for insurance, claims, and collections, as well as marketing resources to help grow your client base. We use Simple Practice for scheduling and documentation, making your workflow smooth and efficient.
All clinicians receive a holiday bonus, and full-time contractors are eligible to join our health insurance group, which includes multiple BCBS PPO tiers and an HMO option. This is a great opportunity for professionals who want to be part of a supportive, high-quality practice.
Contracted Group Leader or Wellness Specialist
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, Contract Position
White Oak Institute for Growth and Wellness is expanding our wellness programming and seeking passionate professionals to lead specialty groups. Whether you’re an acupuncturist, massage therapist, Zumba or dance instructor, breathwork coach, or bring another wellness-focused skill, we’d love to explore how your expertise can support our community.
Hours and compensation are flexible and can be tailored to your availability. Most of our groups are held in our spacious group room in Orland Park (10660 W 143rd Street, Suite E), with occasional opportunities in Frankfort depending on the schedule.
